Are you familiar with the technique of stumping? The soutache can be in the shape of a ribbon, braid or cord. It is a haberdashery technique better known as soutache embroidery. The soutache can be of different materials: viscose, rayon, cotton, wool, silk, nylon, or polyester. You don't need to be a great seamstress to learn the soutache technique! A bit like sewing and weaving, you will create a pair of earrings by adding Miyuki beads, pearly or faceted beads and/or PureCrystal rhinestones and cabochon.
