How to create Kawaii DIY characters?
There are many ways to create Kawaii characters! The first technique is the modelling of polymer clay (Fimo, Cernit or Sculpey). The second is to join the useful to the pleasant with the Patagom paste to make your own Kawaii gums!
To start, choose polymer dough breads. Opt for pastel colors but also basic colors such as white and black for the eyes and pink for the cheekbones. Then you can start modelling your little character by hand one by one with a mould. Bake the polymer clay and your Kawaii character is born! You can add a large pompom to make a bag jewel or a chain to make a pendant.
The second technique is called "Patagom" it is a new modelling clay that allows you to create your own gums! This paste is easy to work with, the colours can be mixed together and you will get a real gum! To create Kawaii characters you just have to choose a patagom kit: dinosaurs, monsters, junk food, fruits, unicorn, cosmos.
